  1. Assalamualaikum, Hope you doing well. I have some doubt to ask. I am Malaysian and my husband is Saudi and we stay in Jeddah. My husband and I got married in 2014 in indonesia because that time we heard from people its not east to get permission to married in saudi. Even in my country ,the goverment from Malaysia will ask us where is promotion maaried from saudi. We married because we want our relationship in halal way. In 2015 I got pregnant and just tawakal to Allah and I delivered my son in Malaysia because we dont have married certificate from saudi. I did the birth certificate in Malaysia, and Malaysia goverment give my son nationality as Malaysia which is my son supposed to be saudi as follow father nationality. I can’t bring my son to saudi because we dont have legal paper to bring our son to saudi. After that we apply married promotion from saudi goverment and we got approved. My question is how I can bring our son to saudi, and we still didn’t said yet to goverment that we had son already and he outside from kingdom and how I can change his nationality?

    Thank you,

    Umm elyas.

    1. Wa alaikum as-salam, I’m sorry but I can’t be of any help to you since you married without permission and had a child. Fine is 100,000SR for those who do so.
