  1. Hello Tara,
I’m Saudi female in my 20s. I do want to marry a Non-Saudi guy in the future, Inshallah. Your blog is full of helpful information, I read most of it and I learned a lot of things. The point is I didn’t find many helpful information for Saudi woman who wants to marry Non-Saudi husband. I tried looking for Saudi women who are married to Non-Saudis to learn from their experiences but I couldn’t find any. I know there’s a big number of women married to Non-Saudis but I can’t seem to find any contact for them or meet them. It’s more challenging for a Saudi woman to marry Non-Saudi husband because it’s less common.
I wanted to suggest that if you could provide us more information for Saudi women who want to marry Non-Saudi husbands. I really want to know about it from all aspects, How these Saudi women talked their parents about it, how did they convince them, how did they apply for it in the ministry?, what happens if they want to live outside Saudi Arabia and what if they have children and want to move out?, what happens if one them want divorce? what happens with the children if divorce happens and so on.

    Thank you.

    1. Hi Ghadeer,

Thank you for your input. Please try this category of articles and do read the comments as sometimes there were Saudi women replying…

Insha’Allah this group for non-Saudi/Saudi marriages in Arabic is still available and active…

In the near future, I will insha’Allah try to collect more articles and possibly blogs of Saudi women married to non-Saudis. Although be aware that the obstacle to finding them is that I search in English and the Saudi women may only write in Arabic. If you come across any of this, I encourage you to share them with me so that I can add them to FHWS. Jazaki’Allahu khair.
